About Leary & Co., Inc. Public Relations

Leslie Medalie is the president and founder of Leary & Co., Inc. Public Relations. For over a decade Ms. Medalie served as an adjunct professor at Emerson College in Boston; additionally she is the immediate past president of The Bulfinch Group Charitable Foundation. Ms. Medalie has traveled throughout the US on behalf of such clients as the TJX Companies, New England Development, The Orvis Company, and Fidelity Investments handling media tours, social media influencer programs, spokesperson interviews, special events, grand openings, crisis communications and other public relations assignments.

Ms. Medalie is a member of the Board of Trustees of the BID-Needham Hospital, a past board member of Riverside Community Care and a founding board member of Boston Women in Media and Entertainment. She also is a guest lecturer at the University of Arizona and has served on the University’s Marketing Communications department’s Board of Advisors. Prior to starting Leary & Co., Inc., she managed consumer accounts for Ingalls Public Relations in Boston. She began her career at Sandy Hamer Associates in Hartford, CT and received her BS in Marketing Communication from The University of Connecticut.
